There are several ways to order;

 1. PREFERABLE;

Use our easy "Shopping Cart" way. You then will receive an invoice upon availability of the book(s) you ordered*. You then decide wich way you would like to pay. You can pay with 'creditcard', 'Paypal' (non euro countries only), or when you have a bank-account in the Euro-countries you can also make a 'bank-transfer'. Instruction will follow after your decision. After payment is completed the book(s) will be send to you.

 * With every order we have to add mail-costs.

NETHERLANDS:  0-500 gramme 2,50 / 500 gr.-3 kilogr. 3,50 / package 0-10 kilogr. 6,50 .

EUROPEAN UNION:  0-250 gramme  3,50 (= 1 thin book including package material)

                 250-500 gramme  6,50 (4,50 slow) /  500-2 kilogr. 12,00 (9,50 slow)  /

                 package  2-5 kilogr. 17,00  / package  5-10 kilogr. 22,00 /

                 For other European countries some higher amounts                 

WORLD:   0-250 gramme  6,00 (= 1 thin book including package material)

                 250-500 gramme  10,00 / 500-2 kilogr. 23,00 ( 19,00 slow)  /

                 package 2-5 kilogr. 33,00 (25,00 slow)

                 SLOW = depending on the route TO and IN your countrie,  up to 2-6 weeks .
